1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReviewBuddy AI website and software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. The Service

ReviewBuddy AI provides tools to help local businesses sync reviews, generate automated or suggested replies using artificial intelligence, analyze competitor data, monitor local search keyword rankings, and perform email outreach campaigns to request reviews.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Accounts and Integrations

To use many features of the Service, you must register for an account and connect external accounts, such as your Google Account (specifically for the Google Business Profile API).

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Google API Integration: By connecting your Google Business Profile, you grant us permission to retrieve reviews, access locations, retrieve account metadata, and post replies to Google reviews on your behalf. You represent that you have all necessary rights and authority to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or launch malicious outreach campaigns that violate anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
• Post reviews or replies that are fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or violate Google's or any third party's policies.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools, except as explicitly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. AI Suggestions and Content

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence (including OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party LLMs) to draft suggestions for review replies.

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated replies before posting them publicly. ReviewBuddy AI does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content, and shall not be held liable for any negative outcomes, brand damage, or policy violations resulting from replies published to Google or other platforms.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Billing: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled recurrently (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
• Refunds: New subscriptions are backed by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. No refunds are provided after this period. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, code, and design are and will remain the exclusive property of ReviewBuddy AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIEWBUDDY AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of ReviewBuddy AI operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
