2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal and business data:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up or sign in via Google OAuth.
• Business information: Your business name, business type, owner name, preferred tone, and keywords you configure to personalise AI-generated replies.
• Google Business Profile data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Business Profile to retrieve reviews, locations, and account details needed to sync reviews and post replies on your behalf.
• Review data: The text, star ratings, reviewer names, and dates of reviews fetched from your Google Business Profile.
• Contact and campaign data: If you use our email campaign feature, we store the names and email addresses of contacts you import, along with campaign engagement metrics (email opens, clicks, review conversions).
• Payment information: Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details on our servers.
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and page interaction data collected automatically to ensure service reliability and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your account securely.
• To generate personalised AI reply suggestions using your business name, tone preferences, and keywords. Review text is sent to an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing.
• To sync reviews from your Google Business Profile and, if enabled, post replies back to Google on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails such as email verification and review request campaigns.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To provide analytics dashboards showing your review performance over time.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our platform.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

4. Third Parties

We share your data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver our service:

• Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your billing data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google: We use Google OAuth for sign-in and Google's My Business API to sync reviews and post replies. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic): Review text is sent to AI APIs to generate reply suggestions. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is included in the review text itself. AI providers are bound by their own data processing agreements.
• Email delivery: We use a third-party email service to send transactional emails and review request campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Review data and AI-generated replies are kept to power your analytics dashboard. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial transaction records for up to 7 years).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Port your data to another service.
